Can I get macdaddy to design my new business cards ?

Yes, macdaddy's creative team have many years experience in designing business cards of distinction. Once the general brief and guidelines are set by the client we set to work on creating the media required which is presented to our clients for consideration and approval. If further changes are required macdaddy offers 2 revisions to the artwork.

How long does it take for macdaddy to create business card artwork ?

Generally it takes 1-2 days for the average card design. If there are special requirements such as illustrations to be incorporated into the design it may take up to a week for the artwork to be completed and approved. It depends on what is involved, though 90% of card designs are done within 48 hours of placing an order.

If I supply my own artwork, what are the accepted file formats ?

All print work must be submitted in press ready PDF (Portable Document Format). If this is not achievable then macdaddy will charge a $45.00 conversion fee to convert most file formats including .eps, .psd, .ai files.

How long does it take to get my business cards after placing an order ?

If you are placing an order with finished artwork you can expect to receive your cards within 7 days. If macdaddy is commissioned to do the artwork design you will received your cards generally 7 days from your artwork approval and sign off.

When and how do I have to pay for my printing ?

All print  work must be paid for upon placement of the print order. Printed materials in Sydney can be picked up from the macdaddy studio in Bondi or delivery can be arranged at no extra charge. macdaddy excepts all major credit cards including American Express and Dinners Club, company cheques, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Pay Pal, and cash.
