The copilot [CMS] Client Relations Manager (CRM) has been developed for businesses that need to keep their clients up to date. Progress reporting on contracts, projects and campaigns can easily be tracked and maintained with this feature.

New client projects can be added to the system and tasks (list of works) are entered for each respective project according to the proposed schedule. Colour coding indicates weather each task has been completed, is current or scheduled.

Clients simply login through the front end of the website and are directed to an (aesthetically appealing) account area where a list of tasks is displayed along with other pertinent account details. A calendar view quickly indicates to each client where the current situation is at. Clients can also access interim reports and an image gallery if required.
